Back on solid ground...

I am back in action, but naturally a have a bit of work that piled up in my absence. I'll be responding to MOM / SCOM requests received in my absence as quickly as possible, and should catch up this week.   I spent 5 days on a carribbean cruise that stopped in Cozumel and Progreso on the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico. We did some snorkeling in Cozumel, saw the Mayan ruins at Dzibichaltun, watched a few shows, met some great people and ate far too much. Since Internet access was 75 cents a minute and phone calls $3 minute, I relaxed most of the week. It's the first time I have been entirely unplugged for more than 1 day in about the last 8 years, so I suppose it was overdue.   Should you have any questions on the many accomplishments of the Mayan civilization or how to eat 5 full meals a day and survive, I have some knowledge of the first and am a subject matter expert in the latter.
