Change in RTM version of MOMCertImport Tool

The Deployment Guide available on the MS site confirms it, the RTM MOMCertImport requires certificates be imported in .pfx format (as opposed to .cer).....so take all the Ops Mgr 2007 RC2 guidance with a tiny grain of salt in that area until we get an update out there. But all the scenario and process guidance is still totally relevant.
