PKI Planning Guide & Operations Manager
As you may be aware, communication between Operations Manager components requires mutual authentication via either Kerberos or certificate-based authentication. While configuration of certificate-based authorization is not difficult, one of the most common issues I encounter is a lack of understanding of how certificates work. This is also going to necessitate a PKI deployment for organizations that have none. Here is a nice quick walkthrough the PKI planning process I ran across today.
